The part is segmentation A. ROP is 50.

Lead time is 22 days(calender days).

Now stock is 119 in sap. I scrapped 50 actual goods. So actual stock is 69.

I have option to hide my mistake. My team manager suggested it. Even though I am anxious to do it.

In Nov, we do the stocktaking. My team will report that 50 is missing. So we are saved if we wait until Nov.

But if we have 63 order in September. We only have 6 actual goods left.

I was thinking I change ROP to 60 so that it will be ordered. MOQis 100.

The problem is I need to wait until Nov.

Is there any better Idea to decrease 50pcs in Sap not reporting to factory?

Finance team shouldn't notice it.

Even with an inventory, the difference is recorded in the accounting. In general, a difference is rather accepted here. From my perspective, there is no way to change the inventory in the system without it being apparent somewhere (production order, sales order, cost center...). This is a strength of an integrated system.
